Cardio Zone

With over 30 pieces of cardio equipment to choose from, you’re guaranteed to find the perfect fit to keep your cardio routine fresh and help you hit your fitness goals.

Group fitness timetable

Teen Fitness at Goldfields Oasis

Teen members are required to complete a health and fitness appraisal with a parent or guardian present before using the gym.

Teen members can access the gym during staffed hours with adult supervision.

Staffed Hours:

Monday to Friday, 5am – 9pm;

Saturday to Sunday, 8am – 6pm (Winter) or  7am – 7pm (Summer).

For Teens Aged 12–16: 

Teen members are welcome to join group fitness classes, except for Bodypump and RPM, which are available to members aged 16 and over.

For Teens aged 16 – 18:

Teens aged between 16 – 18 can upgrade to a Gold Membership with parental consent, which grants access to the gym during staffed hours unsupervised.

24/7 gym access is not available on any teen memberships
