The 10 lane, Olympic size 50m pool is available all year round with some seasonal changes to its length and number of lanes available. The pool is heated to a comfortable 28 degrees and is accessible by hoist and easy accessible stairs.

The ideal swimming times at the Oasis changes from month to month. Over the winter period, there are usually some free lanes at whatever time you wish to swim.
To avoid the crowds in summer, the quietest times within the Centre are typically between:
7.30am to 9.00am
1.30pm to 3.30pm
