Before your class:

  • BOOK IN online or collect your ticket from reception prior to class
  • ARRIVE EARLY at least 5-10 minutes early to set up any equipment
  • ANY INJURIES OR MODIFICATIONS? Let the instructor know if there are any injuries or conditions they may need to be aware of
  • NO LATE ENTRIES for the safety and comfort of all participants (and yourself) there are no late entries allowed into classes
  • BRING A TOWEL & WATER BOTTLE Training towels must be used on equipment. Stay hydrated for maximum performance
  • TEEN MEMBERS – Can attend group fitness classes with the exception of BODYPUMP and RPM – Must be 16+ to attend these classes
  • LES MILLS VIRTUAL – is available at any time with the exception of when a live or programmed virtual class is scheduled

LesMills BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as a either a 60, 45 or 30-minute workout.

LesMills BODYBALANCE

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

BODYBALANCE is available as a either a 60 or 45 minute workout.

LesMills CORE

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

 

METAPWR

Metapwr is a 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout, combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximize calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.

METAFIT

Metafit keeps things simple, coach-led and technique-focused, it’s a military-inspired workout that sticks to the true principles of HIIT.

Cycle Studio

We have a dedicated cycle studio for RPM, our indoor cycling program.

RPM is a great low impact class, focusing on the lower body.

Great for improving cardiovascular fitness and helps build a stronger lower body.

Suitable for all fitness levels as you control the resistance and intensity of your workout.

No cycling experience required – join us even if you’ve never ridden a bike before.

Let your instructor motivate and guide you through different terrains.

Ride along to great music while working up a sweat!

HIITSTEP

It’s just you and the step but this high octane, fat burning, intense workout will deliver results. The music and motivating instructors will push you through in 30 minutes or less.

Yoga

Yoga is ideal to wind down and work your flexibility and strength. Focus on breathing while working through postures and sun salutations to keep you calm and centred.

Virtual Classes

We have a huge selection of virtual classes on offer for those times you can’t make it to live classes.

Choose from 25 timetabled virtual classes or choose your own!*

We offer both Les Mills and Fitness On Demand programs for all fitness levels.

Workout durations range from just 10 minutes to over an hour.

With over 300 programs to choose from, there’s a workout to suit you!

Les Mills Shapes

This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.
